Terms and Conditions for Free / Trial Services:

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between TPAT Institute ("TPAT," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User," "you," or "your") regarding your use of TPAT Institute's free trial services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.


**1. Duration of Free Trial**


The free trial period shall commence on the date of activation and shall continue for a period of 7 days from the activation date. ("Trial Period"). TPAT Institute reserves the right to modify the duration of the Trial Period at its discretion, at any time without any prior notification.


**2. Scope of Service**


During the Trial Period, Users will have access to the specific services or features included in the trial. TPAT Institute reserves the right to modify the services offered with the Trial Package at its discretion, at any time without any prior notification. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age


**3. Usage Restrictions**


Users agree to use the Service solely for evaluation purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the Service is prohibited.


**4. Cancellation of Trial**


Users may cancel the trial at any time by not using/accessing the account. Upon cancellation, User's access to the Service will terminate immediately.


**5. Conversion to Paid Service**


At the end of the Trial Period, User's access to the Service will automatically terminate unless User chooses to subscribe to a paid plan. If User chooses to subscribe, User agrees to pay the applicable fees as outlined in TPAT's pricing plans.


**6. Payment Information**


During the Trial Period, no payment is required. If User chooses to subscribe to a paid plan, User agrees to provide accurate billing information and authorize TPAT to charge the applicable fees to User's chosen payment method.


**7. Data Privacy and Security**


TPAT is committed to protecting User's privacy and personal information. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of User's personal information. By using the Service, User consents to the terms of the Privacy Policy.


**8. Intellectual Property Rights**


All content, materials, and intellectual property provided as part of the Service are owned by TPAT or its licensors. User agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content or materials without prior written consent from TPAT.


**9. Support and Maintenance**


During the Trial Period, TPAT will provide limited support and maintenance for the Service. Additional support may be available to paid subscribers as outlined in TPAT's support policies.

To the extent permitted by law, TPAT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to User's use of the Service, even if TPAT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

TPAT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. User's continued use of the Service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes User's acceptance of the revised Terms.


**13. Termination of Agreement**


TPAT reserves the right to terminate User's access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, User's access to the Service will cease immediately.


**14. Termination by TPAT**


TPAT reserves the right to cancel or terminate the free service at any time, without prior notice and without any liability to the User. Such termination may occur at TPAT's sole discretion and may result in the immediate cessation of User's access to the Service. TPAT shall not be obligated to provide any explanation or justification for such termination.


**15. Basic Requirements**


To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. To access and effectively use the services of TPAT Institute, users are required to meet the following system specifications:

**16. In the Event of Technical Bugs**


We strive to provide a seamless experience on our educational platform. However, if you encounter any technical issues, please note the following:
A. Reporting Bugs:
Users are encouraged to report any bugs or technical issues through our designated support channels.
Please provide detailed information about the issue, including steps to reproduce it, the device and browser used, and any error messages received.
B. Resolution Time:
We aim to address reported issues in a reasonable timeframe. However, the complexity of the bug may affect resolution times. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve any issues.
C. No Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for issues arising from technical bugs. However, we are committed to resolving reported problems and improving your experience.

17. TPAT Institute provides an online platform focused on educational purposes only, specifically designed to simulate financial transactions for learning. Users, particularly students, will have access to tools that allow the generation of simulated banking messages, including but not limited to transaction alerts, account balances, and deposit notifications. All content generated on the platform is purely fictional and not real. By using the platform, you agree to use the simulated messages and all educational content solely for the purpose of learning and skill development. These tools are intended for educational simulations only and are not to be confused with real financial transactions.
You agree not to use any simulated messages for:
  1. Deceptive or fraudulent purposes (e.g., pretending the message is from a real financial institution).
  2. Attempting to scam, mislead, or manipulate others by misrepresenting the content generated on the platform.
  3. Sharing, distributing, or publishing any generated message outside the platform without proper context and disclaimers.

**18. Prohibited Activities**
  1. Misuse of Simulated Messages: The generation of messages, including but not limited to bank alerts and account transactions, is for educational purposes only. Any attempt to use these messages for personal benefit, fraudulent activity, or deception will result in immediate suspension from the platform.
  2. Impersonation: You agree not to impersonate any individual or organization, including but not limited to banks, financial institutions, or TPAT Institute staff, using the generated content or otherwise.
  3. Sharing Messages : Any attempt to share generated messages in a way that could mislead others into thinking they are real is strictly prohibited.



**19. User Responsibility and Ethics**
You are responsible for using the platform and the generated messages ethically and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:
  1. Use the platform only for educational and learning purposes.
  2. Respect the intellectual property of TPAT Institute, including course materials, tutorials, and any proprietary content.

TPAT Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, at our sole discretion, if we determine that you have violated any of the following:
  1. Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
  2. Used the platform to deceive or scam others.
  3. Misused or misrepresented simulated content in any way.
  4. Violated any terms of this agreement, including Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any other relevant platform policies.

Additionally, TPAT Institute may suspend or terminate your access if we deem it necessary for the protection of the platform's integrity, security, or user experience, even if no specific violation has occurred. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where TPAT Institute believes the continued use of the platform may result in damage to the platform's reputation, disrupt the learning environment, or violate any ethical standards upheld by TPAT Institute.

**24. Prohibition on Tutorial Videos**
You agree not to create, record, upload, distribute, or otherwise use any Content from the Website to create tutorial videos, instructional materials, or any other derivative videos without prior written consent from TPAT INSTITUTE.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Using website content as part of a video for educational purposes.
Creating video guides, "how-to" content, or video tutorials based on any materials or Content from the Website.
Distributing or sharing such videos on platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, or any other video-hosting service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Products/Services once ordered cannot be cancelled. Goods/Services once sold shall not be accepted back by TPAT INSTITUTE. However, TPAT INSTITUTE may at its sole discretion consider accepting return of a product/service and grant of part or full refund in such circumstances.
